Dear Guests,

Ensuring the safety of our visitors and providing a high-quality visitor experience is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully read and adhere to our house rules throughout your visit.

Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.

The Experience Centre is open only during its official opening hours. (Exceptions apply to events held outside these hours.)

The Experience Centre is fully accessible. For assistance or to use the stairlift, please contact our staff.

Safety and Conduct

Visitors must follow the instructions of the Experience Centre staff.

Any behaviour that may disturb other visitors or cause damage to exhibits or other facilities is strictly prohibited.

Exhibits and interactive elements may only be touched in designated areas.

In the case of group visits, the supervisor or organiser is responsible for the behaviour of the group members and any damages caused.

Persons under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants or stimulants are not permitted to enter the Experience Centre.

Please do not bring bags, backpacks or umbrellas into the Experience Centre. Free lockers are available on the ground floor, next to the reception.

Surveillance

For the safety of visitors and the exhibition, video surveillance is in operation throughout the Experience Centre. Our camera policy is available on our website.

Photography and Video Recording

Photography and video recording are generally permitted; however, certain areas may be restricted, and these will be clearly marked.

The use of professional equipment (such as tripods and flash units) is only allowed with special permission.

Please be advised that promotional photos and video recordings may be taken during the Experience Centre’s premiere events. These recordings primarily capture crowd scenes; however, due to the nature of such events, it cannot be guaranteed that individual participants – including children – will not be recognisable in the footage.

These recordings may be used across our company’s various marketing channels (e.g. website, social media platforms).

If a participant does not expressly inform staff upon entry that they do not consent to appearing in such recordings (either on their own behalf or on behalf of an accompanying child), the company will consider them to have given consent.

Food and Drink

Bringing food and drinks into the Experience Centre is not permitted, except in designated areas such as the café.

No food or drink may be taken into interactive spaces.

Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are only allowed in designated areas.

Children and Supervision

Children may only visit the Experience Centre when accompanied by an adult.

The accompanying adult is responsible for supervising the child for the entire duration of the visit.

Use of Interactive Elements

Technological devices and interactive elements must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided. Our staff are happy to assist visitors with their use.

Visitors will be held financially responsible for any damage caused by improper use or intentional vandalism.

Clothing and Behaviour

Visitors should wear appropriate and comfortable attire during their visit. Individuals wearing insufficient clothing (e.g. barefoot or in swimwear) will not be allowed entry.

Loud conversations and music may disturb other visitors and should therefore be avoided.

The Experience Centre cannot be visited by individuals under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances.

Health and Safety Regulations

Please be aware that immersive experiences, virtual reality (VR) and the use of strong lights and/or loud sounds may cause discomfort for sensitive individuals. If you are prone to epileptic seizures, we recommend consulting your doctor before your visit.

Prohibited Items

Sharp objects, weapons or any other dangerous items are strictly prohibited in the visitor area.

It is forbidden to bring any hazardous substances, chemicals or flammable items into the premises.

Pets, including dogs, are not allowed inside the visitor area.

Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of museum staff and use the designated emergency exit.
