Between October 23 and November 1, during fall break, we have exciting programs and immersive experiences in store for you at CODE.

VASARELY — THE FATHER OF OP ART 

What happens when a painting steps out of its frame? 

Victor Vasarely’s geometric shapes, vibrant colors, and optical illusions come to life in a whole new dimension at CODE. The world of Op Art and Vasarely’s most famous works aren’t just hanging on the walls: they surround you, pulsate, and react to you. 

In Vasarely’s art, patterns, proportions, rhythm, and repetition met the precision of geometry. In the CODE immersive experience, you can now experience all of this up close.  

In the interactive installation Vasarely Echo, new patterns, colors, and shapes appear in response to your movements— so every visit is a little different. 

Step into Vasarely’s universe and see what happens when you, too, become part of the artwork!
