Our gift cards may be redeemed for several types of combined tickets, both on weekdays and at weekends:
– full-price
– concession (students, children, pensioners)
– for visitors aged 70 and over
– family ticket (2 adults + 2 children)
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Redeeming your voucher
When purchasing tickets online
Enter the identifier printed on the gift card in the coupon field at the end of the online checkout process. This is how you redeem your card.
When purchasing tickets in person
If you wish to redeem your voucher on site, it is advisable to check the website in advance for:
– Studio screening times and available seats,
– the day’s exhibitions and programmes.
This will help you choose a time slot with sufficient availability.
Important information
As we regularly welcome groups at CODE, programmes and times are subject to change. We therefore recommend that you check the website or ask at the ticket office before setting off.
